Appointment Toolkit – text reminders
Appointment Toolkit is a software solution that provides text reminders for a variety of businesses including spas, hair dressers, salons, doctors, dentists and many more. It runs on any internet enabled computer, and does not require any expensive hardware!
As well as sending SMS (text) messages to cut no-shows and missed appointments, the software also allows it’s users to keep intouch with their customers through e-mail marketing.
What does our service offer?
Our system sends out text message and e-mail reminders directly to your clients mobile phones. You can choose when they go out (i.e an hour before).
We also provide a marketing function where you can send e-mail and text messages promoting special offers & events. We also offer full reports and you can login anywhere!
What do I need to get started?
We like to keep things simple at Appointment Toolkit.
To get started all you simply need is:
- A computer/laptop (Mac or PC)
- An internet connection
- An up to date browser such as Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox or Safari.
